LHH is partnering with our Oklahoma City based financial services client to fill a Senior Credit Analyst position on their Commercial Lending team! This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to assess and manage credit risk while supporting the bank's loan portfolio growth.
Responsibilities:· Analyze financial statements, collateral, and industry data to evaluate large commercial loans.
· Underwrite new and renewal loans while reviewing existing portfolios for credit risk.
· Spread and interpret income statements and balance sheets for efficient portfolio management.
· Assist in training junior credit analysts.
· Contribute to special projects as needed.
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).
· Minimum 7 years of experience in credit analysis, loan review, or commercial banking.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, cash, tax-based) and financial statement analysis.
· Knowledge of loan policies, regulations, grading, and documentation procedures.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and core banking software.
