National Talent Sourcer - Your role is to use LinkedIn and other resources to identify, source, pre-qualify and coordinate interviews for potential sales candidates for our open sales roles.
Responsibilities :
- Identify & source potential sales candidates online
- Set up calls for sales recruiters
- Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Driving marketing and social media efforts
- Track all daily activity and performance
