Overview

A community practice in northern Massachusetts is adding a Family Medicine Physician to our team. Join a flexible work environment that values work / life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Join a team of 9 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
  • No call
  • 4 clinical days and one dedicated admin day
  • Average daily patient census is 15-18

Financial Package

  • Guaranteed base salary plus productivity-based incentive
  • Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
  • Benefits include employer matching 403b retirement plan, 4 weeks of vacation time, and 1 week of CME with $3k annual allowance and reimbursement for professional expenses as well as health, dental, and vision insurance
