[job_card.job_description]Performs administrative tasks such as redlining, filing, uploading, and managing legal documents and correspondence. Assists the legal team in preparing and facilitating legal documents for execution, including form agreements, cover letters, and other documents. Assists in reporting obligations of all subsidiaries, and prepares related form documents such as resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates of secretary, certificates of incumbency, and more. Assists with recording and tracking SOPs, legal holds, and updating the litigation table. Leverages advanced technology to find ways to streamline, automate, and enhance operational efficiency. Provides specified project support including due diligence, KYC requests, and drafting ancillary corporate documents for review by counsel. Individuals with a paralegal certification are encouraged to apply bachelor's degree required. Preferred candidates will have experience in entity management, legal operations or process improvement initiatives, department vendor management, litigation support, and legal research. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Houston, TX
