Role / Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Agile Leadership : Implement and advocate for Agile best practices , guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements , define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Product Managemen t : Act as a p roduct owner when necessary, defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
• Team Coordination : Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams , including software developers, data scientists, and UX / UI designers.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Continuous Improvemen t : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Agile Expertise : Proven experience in Leading Agile development projects , with deep understanding of Scrum , Kanban , and other Agile frameworks.
• Project Management : Strong skills with a track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.

Pay Range in Santa Clara, CA

Base Salary : $120 -154K

In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and / or to comply with federal or state law.
