Key Responsibilities
Respond to consumer inquiries about cancer and available services
Provide accurate information and assist customers in navigating the referral process
Conduct follow-up procedures to assess customer satisfaction and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Health, Social Science, Psychology, Nursing, Education, or related field
One year of experience in healthcare, social services, helpline, counseling, or teaching
Five years of healthcare experience in customer service or call center operations preferred
Knowledge of insurance terminology and cancer basics
Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule
