Join Our Team of Dedicated Nurses!

Shift : 3pm-11pm PT

Location : Mount Alverna Village, Parma, OH

Mount Alverna Village, part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living community offering a range of lifestyle options, including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing / long-term care. Our rehabilitation clinic provides both inpatient and outpatient therapies, enhancing the quality of life for residents and local community members. Position Overview :

As a nursing professional, you will provide direct care to residents and offer health-related consultations within our community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents.
  • Supervise and coordinate Nursing Assistants to maintain high-quality care.
  • Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
  • Inform healthcare professionals of any changes in resident conditions.
  • React promptly to emergencies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and updates.

    • Position Requirements :

    Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

    Licenses / Certifications : Active nursing license in the state of employment

    Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

    Skills & Abilities :
