Process Manager - Marketing Operations (Sr. Associate Level)
Location : Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Pay Range : $43.50 - $49.50 per hour
About the Role
We're looking for a Process Manager to join the US Card Affiliate Channel Operations Team . In this role, you'll build and manage processes that improve business efficiency, ensure operational excellence, and drive results that directly impact the bottom line. You'll oversee approximately 40+ affiliate partners, manage one or more third-party suppliers, and support multiple processes across several business teams.
This position plays a central role in keeping the marketing engine running, with a focus on validating business intent and execution. You'll collaborate with passionate colleagues and leaders to implement and manage these processes effectively.

You should be able to communicate effectively, manage details with precision, exercise sound judgment, and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization and with external partners.
