ASSIGNMENT DETAILS : Work Type : Travel

Location : Clovis, CA

Title : IR Cath Lab Tech

Certifications : Updated resume and 2 references(Hospital experience is an added advantage)

Start Date : ASAP

Shift length : 12hrs.

Shift Notes : 36 hours a week

Assignment Length : 13 weeks.

Notes : Requirements :

• 3Years Experience and must know
• Angioplasty
• Stent
• IABP Intra-aortic balloon pump
• Impella
• Rotablader
• Pacemaker / ICDs
• Scrubbing
• Hemodynamics if not they will be scrubbing all cases.
• Bonus points for o EP o Watchman o TAVR BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• CRT - State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist required
• CRTFP - State of California Radiologic Tech Fluoroscopy Permit required
• ARRT - American Registry Radiologic Technologists (Effective for all employees hired after 8.30.2020) required Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology required

Travel : (candidates with a permanent address of more than 50 miles from the facility) Weekly gross pay of $3,321.36 Hourly pay of $79

Local(candidates with a permanent address of less than 50 miles from the facility) : Weekly gross pay of $3,024 Hourly pay of $72
