Key Responsibilities
Manage high visibility freight operations and ensure timely movement
Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide coaching to team members
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
High School diploma / GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
Two (2) years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics required
One (1) year of direct supervisory / leadership experience required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required
