Salary : $124,000 - $185,000

Other Forms of Compensation : Bonus

Job Summary

Summary :

Strategic and results-driven Director of Operations with extensive experience overseeing multi-unit catering and event operations. Proven track record in driving operational excellence, optimizing profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Expert in team leadership, client relations, logistics coordination, and large-scale event execution. Adept at building efficient systems, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless collaboration between culinary, service, and sales teams. Passionate about elevating brand standards, fostering a strong service culture, and leading high-performing teams to exceed goals. This leader will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships, implementing new programs, supporting business expansion, and upholding the highest standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities :

Client & Community Relationships

• Lead weekly district / client meetings to review financial reports and service quality.
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with clients, administration, and community partners.
• Create structured feedback loops with clients and customers to continuously improve services.

New Business Development

Operational Standards & Food Programs

Financial Oversight

People & Talent Development

Safety & Compliance

Drive a culture of safety, aiming for zero medical injuries and fully operational equipment
