Medicus is partnering with a medical center in Des Moines, Iowa, with an opening for a skilled OB Hospitalist to provide locum coverage.

Opening Highlights :

• Schedule : 24-hour in-house call shifts, 7a-7a
• Setting : 8-bed OBED
• Annual Volume : 1,390 OBED visits, 460 deliveries
• Duties : OBED visits, emergent deliveries, and patients without a primary OB / GYN; no GYN duties
• Support Staff : MFM on call, residents
• Imaging, lab, and pharmacy onsite
• EMR : Epic
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses
