As a Referral Coordinator you'll Aid providers with continuity of care by ensuring referrals get submitted promptly to high value specialists and close the loop of care by obtaining consult notes after specialist visits.

This is a full-time role involving 8 hours weekday shifts with no weekends schedule.

• The position works a hybrid schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite.
• We operate in a busy, fast-paced environment , and we seek a candidate who thrives under such conditions.

Selected Responsibilities :

Candidates should have a High School Diploma , or associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field, preferred. Along with medical terminology knowledge and 1-year related experience preferred.
