Account Executive – Sign & Lighting Services

YESCO Sign & Lighting – Sugar Land

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive sales growth for our Sign Repair and Lighting Services. This role focuses on business development, account management, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities :

Grow our customer base and meet sales targets

Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services

Track activities and manage customer interactions through Servizio

Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Provide tailored solutions and negotiate contracts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements :

Experience in business development or account management (industry experience preferred)

CRM experience (Salesforce or similar a plus)

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Full-Time | 40 hours per week
