This is an open and funded position. The salary range for this position is $60,000 and is based on meeting or exceeding the requirements with a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus. In addition, analysts are eligible for either a $2,000.00 sign-on bonus OR $2,000.00 cost-reimbursement for relocation. We offer an excellent benefits package, including PTO, 401k Match at 5%, Profit Sharing, Company paid Life Insurance, Dental, Vision, STD / LTD, and two options under a national medical plan with employee contribution. / ppThe Intelligence Analyst will : / pulliProvide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources; / liliRespond to changes in analytical priorities; / liliAssist an integrated analytical team with conceptualization, production planning, research, analysis, drafting and intelligence products on identified CT topics while adhering to IC and DHS tradecraft guidance; / liliAssist with analyzing all available information, reviewing raw and finished intelligence, and collaborating and coordinating with IC, DHS Intelligence Enterprise, and other partners; / liliAssist with drafting and reviewing collection requirements, responding to requests for information (RFIs) or information needs of DHS leaders and stakeholders; / liliAssist with presentations, briefing preparation, product preparation, peer-review, and subject matter advice; / liliRespond to Government Leadership feedback during prescribed timelines. / li / ulpRequired Experience and Qualifications : / pulliActive TS / SCI Clearance / liliWorking knowledge of databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to : Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems / lili4 years of relevant experience OR / liulli2 years of relevant experience with an Associates degree in relevant area of study; OR / lili0 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors or Higher degree in relevant area of study / liliRelevant fields of study include : English, Engineering, Business, the Sciences or related concentrations (e.g. Project Management, Intelligence, Public Administration, Public Policy, American Government / Governance, Law / Legal Studies, or Management / Leadership). / li / ul / ulpAssertive Professionals, LLC, is an equal employment opportunity employer.
