Your role and responsibilities

In this role the candidate will be responsible for architecting a distributed system for inferencing and fine-tuning of AI models for on-prem and cloud infrastructure with a focus on enterprise-grade security, cost and resource efficiency, high availability, and dynamic load balancing across different hardware systems and cloud providers. In this role we expect the candidate to be able to lead a team of senior engineers, work with development leads and managers on implementing and productizing the solution and follow and advise on best software development practices. We want high-energy and hands-on leaders with strong skills in systems

Required technical and professional expertise

• AI inferencing and training systems
• Kubernetes
• Big data and SQL systems
• Low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Design experience of highly scalable and available system
