Office Manager
Our company is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensure efficient workflow, and manage administrative processes, including the accurate coordination, organization, and maintenance of essential office information and resources.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, facilities coordination, and equipment maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Manage scheduling, calendaring, and the coordination of meetings or events.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring high-quality performance and professional development.
- Implement and refine office procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with basic HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll or benefits administration.
- Monitor office budgets and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements :
Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office technology.Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
