Psychiatrist Job Description ATCA is seeking an accomplished Psychiatrist to join its Medical Advisory Board and support the clinical and strategic expansion of a next-generation treatment model for Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and cognitive decline. This role is designed for senior psychiatrists who understand the complex intersection between mental health, neurodegeneration, behavioral symptoms, and cognitive function. As a Psychiatrist Advisor, you will help shape how psychiatric evaluation, behavioral health insights, and psychopharmacology are integrated into ATCA’s AI-driven precision medicine approach. You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, neurologists, geriatricians, sleep medicine physicians, and data science teams to refine treatment pathways that address mood disorders, behavioral symptoms, sleep disturbances, and neuropsychiatric contributors to cognitive decline. Responsibilities Include Clinical Strategy & Oversight: Provide expert guidance on psychiatric evaluation and management of patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, mild cognitive impairment, and related neuropsychiatric symptoms. Behavioral & Mental Health Integration: Advise on incorporating mood, behavior, sleep, and psychiatric history into individualized treatment protocols within ATCA’s precision medicine framework. Precision Medicine Integration: Guide how psychiatric assessments, longitudinal mental health data, and medication response patterns should inform AI-assisted treatment decisions. Care Pathway Development: Support the development of multidisciplinary care pathways that align psychiatric care with neurological, sleep, and medical interventions. Quality & Outcomes Review: Review aggregated, de-identified patient outcomes to ensure safety, effectiveness, and continuous improvement in psychiatric aspects of care across clinics.
