A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
Access and provide information regarding cardholder accounts and transactions
Maintain knowledge of company programs and support team operations during peak times
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
Must pass background checks and comply with camera requirements
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
