Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurosurgery Specialist

Position Overview : Join a dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neurosurgery! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population.

This full-time position includes working 36 hours per week on the 3rd shift with opportunities for advancement and professional development. Our pay range is competitive, starting at $37.50 to $56.25 per hour.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care through the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of therapeutic care.
• Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous evaluation of patient care and support discharge planning with a collaborative approach.
• Participate in a culture of safety by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.

Unit Overview : Work in our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for patients undergoing various neurosurgical procedures, including :
