[job_card.job_description]Board Certified in Internal Medicine Board Certified or Eligible in Geriatrics, a plus Certifications : ACLS and BLS Active and unrestricted medical license in Alabama (by start date) Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience Proficiency in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity) Experience with electronic medical records Strong diagnostic, organizational, and communication skills
