ComputerNetwork Support Specialist

Leidos is seeking a Computer / Network Support Specialist to ensure the reliability and security of missioncritical systems and this role youll maintain infrastructure troubleshoot outages and support security authorizations while working in a collaborative highimpact environment at our customer site in Suitland MD.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and resolve local area network (LAN) issues providing timely event notifications.
• Use diagnostic tools (e.g. visual fault locators Ethernet testers) to maintain optical and copper cabling.
• Image maintain and repair enduser hardware including workstations phones and printers.
• Communicate scheduled upgrades and maintenance activities to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain accurate site documentation using Visio.
• Deliver firstline enduser support and escalate tickets when necessary.

Pay Range $72150.00 - $130425.00
