Real Estate Associate

Top 50 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join its Real Property Practice Group in their Seattle or Bellevue offices.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, finance, real estate joint ventures, and land development projects. An emphasis on financing experience and prior law firm experience is preferred as well as strong title and survey experience and an ability to work with our paralegals. This is a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently and a desire to assist our client teams in more complex transactions. Applicants should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as have the ability to handle significant individual responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney.
