Electronic Component Stockroom Associate

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Electronic Component Stockroom Associate to join our team. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing electronic components, ensuring that all products are handled and stored with the utmost care and attention to detail. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy in our inventory, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products on time. Confirm that all required material is properly identified with safety and handling information in conformance with company and government guidelines. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of electronic components, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition
• Accurately store and organize components in the stockroom, using a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and identified
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies
• Issue components to production and other departments, ensuring that all requests are filled accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, adhering to 5S principles and ensuring that all areas are safe and free from hazards
• Collaborate with other departments, such planning and production, to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $47488 - $75980

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
