Our average effective wage is $25-$35 / hour (Base wage + productivity pay + credit card tips), plus cash tips! Don't forget about PTO, monthly performance bonuses, annual raise reviews, a variety of scheduling options, health benefits, 401k, and the greatest salon culture you can find. Base wage : $16.75 - $17.35
