Must-Have :

• Proficiently harvest vein endoscopically
• CVOR experience required
• 1+ years experience

Description :

Must be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically and have CVOR experience.

Shift options are 8D / 40W or 10D / 40W.

Expected hours are 7 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m. or 7 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m.

Guaranteed hours per week are 40.

Call requirement is 12-18 days per month.

Weekend requirement is 2-3 weekends per month.

Will accept STFA or RNFA candidates.

Previous travel experience is strongly preferred.

General department FA coverage is required when cardiac is not applicable, including ortho, vascular, gyn, thoracic, and general surgeries.

Interdisciplinary support includes phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, and transportation.

Special procedures include eyes, ENT, dental, maxillofacial, urology, GYN, robotic, general surgery, pediatrics, trauma, plastics, breast, neuro, ortho spine, and cardiac vascular.

Special equipment includes XI robots and endovascular suite.

All lab work must be completed within 48-72 hours after signing the contract.

Proof of flu vaccination is required for submission, with exemptions allowed for medical reasons only.

References are required.
