What youll do :

Responsible for leading managing and training a team of inside sales associates & lead generators to drive revenue generation through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of the existing client base. This role involves strategizing implementing and achieving sales targets while collaborating with executive leadership and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes. Manager stays current with competitor activities and market trends to ensure sales team adjusts approach accordingly.

Revenue Generation / Client Acquisition and Retention : Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals by driving new client acquisition and expanding the companys lending portfolio. Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities for both long term customers and new clients. Lead strategic initiatives fostering relationships with existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities.

Team Performance : Responsible for the performance and productivity of the entire sales team ensuring they meet individual and collective sales objectives.

Sales Strategy : Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize market penetration and achieve business growth.

Collaboration & Communication : Collaborating with other departments such as underwriting accounting / risk assessment leadership to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery. Attends weekly mgmt. mtgs and ongoing strategic planning meetings to help achieve company goals of profitability & production for the year.

Reporting & Analysis : Weekly analysis of sales data to assess team performance and provide actionable insights. Generate monthly reports that detail sales metrics market trends and forecasting projections.

Compliance : Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high-quality standards in sales practices and client interactions.

Qualifications :

5-7 years Inside and Outside Sales experience preferably in the financial or lending sector.

Bachelors degree

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Advanced Computer Skills

Ability to travel to conferences / tradeshows

Compensation :

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $85000-$100000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
