Position Description: Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Technician II to provide technical assistance and support to end users within a fast-paced DoD environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to computer users in person, remotely, or via phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Assist users with operating systems, email applications, printing, installation, and standard office software.
  • Document all support interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineering teams as needed.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and security compliance tasks.
  • Maintain knowledge of current technologies and follow all security protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Relevant IT support experience (typically 24 years).
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware components, printing systems, and standard software applications.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal customers.
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
