Job Responsibilities

• Manage lab operations (including ordering, inventory, organization, and maintenance of equipment and reagents) and develop protocols for research and regulatory compliance (e.g. animal protocols, bio-safety protocols, etc.).
• Contribute to research projects, including : Mouse Work (e.g. husbandry, genotyping, experiments, sample collection and analyses)2D cell and 3D organoid culturesMolecular, cell, and tissue analyses (DNA cloning, CRISPR / RNAi gene perturbation, DNA / RNA / protein analysis, flow cytometry, histology)
• Develops relationships with research partners, research sites, sales representatives, regulatory offices, and affiliated organizations as part of laboratory management
• Train and supervise staff, interface with existing postdoctoral fellows and students in the laboratory
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level.
