A company is looking for a Coordinator- Centralized Drop Coordination (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage drop process for residential and commercial installations in Out of Territory markets

Coordinate with vendors and municipalities for drop requests, permits, and invoicing

Provide support and updates to internal and external partners regarding installation processes and order statuses

Required Qualifications

Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience

6+ months' administrative support experience with internal and external customer interactions

Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs

Current or prior military service with honorable discharge is acceptable

Understanding of telecommunications industry products and services is preferred
