Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Security Engineer (Mid-level).

Key Responsibilities

Participate in planning, development, and execution of vulnerability and policy compliance assessments

Administer and maintain vulnerability assessment tools and generate assessment reports

Review and maintain security standards and compliance controls aligned with industry frameworks

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in information security, security engineering, or vulnerability management

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Splunk or other SIEM tools

Experience with vulnerability and compliance assessments using Qualys

Solid knowledge of Unix / Linux environments and Windows networking

Familiarity with industry and government security standards (NIST, CIS)
