• 5x8 days or 4x10 days, Mon-Fri, 8am-4 : 30pm with flexible start time
• Average daily census of 26 patients
• Home health setting
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• EMR : Epic preferred, HCHB proficiency preferred
• COPD, CHF, orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, neuro
• 1 year home health experience required, OASIS experience needed
• 13 or 26 week assignment options
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
