What You'll Do

  • Call homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services no cold calling
  • Set appointments for in-home product demonstrations and price estimates
  • Learn to confidently discuss our replacement window and bathroom remodeling services
  • Help homeowners understand benefits like energy efficiency, home value, and comfort
  • Follow proven scripts while bringing your own personality and energy to every call
  • Achieve individual and team goals in a fast-paced, motivating atmosphere

  • Are comfortable working toward performance-based goals
  • Can follow a script while holding genuine, persuasive conversations
  • Have a competitive, self-motivated attitude and thrive in fast-paced settings
  • Communicate clearly and confidently over the phone
  • Can work select evenings and weekends
  • Possess strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Have 3+ years of Call Center or Inside Sales experience (Collections experience is a plus!)
