[job_card.job_description]Permit to work in the United States. Must possess a High School diploma. Associate's Degree in a business related field is preferred. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age with a current, valid driver's license. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products : Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. Attend and participate in meetings in order to be informed of new rules, regulations and procedures and to discuss scheduling and / or other concerns of the Hotel and / or department. Must have the ability to comprehend the InfoGenesis POS system and the interrelationships between systems that are used in non-gaming revenue audit. Be able to work with Infinium, the accounting module, as well as Stratton Warren, GSR's inventory module after training is completed. Verify validity of figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Conduct scheduled daily audits according to casino, FandB, retail, and support ops SOPs. Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers. Receive, record, and audit all food / beverage / hotel cash turn in slips and reconcile to supporting system reports. Finance Revenue Auditor - Temporary
Grand Sierra Resort and casino is looking for a skilled Revenue Auditor to join the Finance team. As Revenue Auditor, you will ensure accurate completion of audits with requirements set forth.
Minimum / Preferred Requirements :
- Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze non-gaming information.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel at an advanced beginner level to perform math operations and formulas.
- Maintain, and create if necessary, non-gaming revenue audit spreadsheets to ensure proper linkage on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Operate 10-key calculators, computers, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce required reports.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
