As a Seasonal Client Support Specialist , you will represent our brand with enthusiasm, ensuring exceptional experiences for all visitors to our offices. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. What you need :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and troubleshooting ability
  • Prior customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
