Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Teacher / Assistant Director of KiddyCity Daycare LLC at our Hampton location to join our team! As team member of our center, you will be responsible for selecting  and overseeing an age-appropriate programs, activities, and Lesson plan for the children in care. This candidate will be responsible for her classroom, lesson planning, will also conduct Bi-annual children assessments, serving meals, implementing class activities and supervising all children. You will also support the Director and Administrator in their absence and some of those duties include, managing enrollment, conducting tours, compiling enrollment packages, answering potential parents questions via phone and drop ins, processing applications, supervise staff, assist with  preparing daily meals,  office supplies and bring positive communication to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of child development and education, and experience in managing staff.
