Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Junior Level Business Development (BD)

Location : Dallas-Fort Worth TX (Onsite Only)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 to 4 years of staffing industry sales experience to support our business development efforts. This junior-level role focuses on generating qualified pipeline for the Sales team through proactive prospecting lead qualification and scheduling discovery meetings. The ideal candidate is coachable metric-driven and eager to grow in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts using phone email LinkedIn and other outreach tools
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately based on fit and urgency
  • Build pipeline by scheduling qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Research prospects to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the CRM
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls emails connects meetings set SQLs and pipeline creation
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging outreach sequences and targeting strategy
  • Handle objections effectively and perform consistent follow-up
  • Participate in trainings role plays and ongoing development initiatives

    • Required Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in Sales Development Business Development or Inside Sales within Staffing Industry
  • Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and appointment setting
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and KPI-driven performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Strong organization follow-through and time management abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value propositions and sales methodology

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling staffing services
  • Experience selling into mid-market accounts or specific industry verticals
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas
