Role Overview : Our OTs provide evaluations and individualized interventions in fine motor development, sensory integration, play skills, self-help skills, and feeding (as appropriate) , all within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform pediatric OT evaluations and create customized treatment plans
• Implement play-based, sensory-informed therapy
• Support feeding development and caregiver coaching
• Collaborate with SLP, PT, and other disciplines
• Maintain documentation and billing integrity
• Participate in team learning, CEUs, and mentorship
