Traditional Labor Associate - San Francisco

Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience to join their San Francisco office.

Estimated salary range : $175,000–$245,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of traditional labor experience
• Collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience
• Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred
• Candidates with some employment litigation will be considered
• Strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the California Bar
