Primary Care Physician

Description

COMPENSATION : Salary : $220,000.00 - $240,000.00

Total 1st year comp. $263,000 plus great benefits

Continuation of care is a top priority for us, and we understand the importance of building long-lasting relationships with our patients. With a growing number of medical centers across Florida, we provide easy access to high-quality primary care, diagnostic testing, and laboratory services. Our team of highly experienced physicians and caring, multilingual staff are dedicated to delivering personalized care to each patient, ensuring that their healthcare needs are met throughout their lives.

Role :

  • Salary : $220,000.00 - $240,000.00
  • Avg. 20 patients a day
  • 15-20 minutes with ea. patient
  • Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
  • Call : One week of Call once a year
  • A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
  • Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am - 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $540.00 for 1\2 a day = $14,040 a year
  • Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually
  • EMR : E-Clinical Works

Benefits :

  • Malpractice insurance will be paid by Community Medical Group
  • Eligibility for enrollment into Community Medical Group's health and benefit plans : (Available on day one)
  • UnitedHealth Care health insurance, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level)
  • Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid)
  • Aflac - supplemental insurance (no contribution from employer).
  • 401(k) plan with company matching. (Available after 90 days)
  • CME annual allowance of $500.00.
  • Renewal payment of medical state license, DEA, and NICA.
  • 136 hours of Paid Time Off
  • One floating holiday
  • One week of paid time off for CME
  • Eleven paid holidays

    • Requirements

    Requirements :

  • Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida
  • 5 years of experience as a licensed physician
  • Board Certified IM / FM
  • Bi-Lingual - Spanish & English, Required

    • Will consider ACN
