Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one customer service support to patients via telephone
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate demographic information in electronic medical records
Manage high call volumes and ensure adherence to HIPAA and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in healthcare, sales, or customer service, preferably in a contact center
Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technology applications
Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced call center environment
Must have a private HIPAA compliant workspace and reliable internet access
