Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Work Dates Needed: Starting March through October with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p On Site
Worksite Setting: Full Scope NP or PA; Family Practice Clinic with acute care services; outpatient; diagnosis and management of common as well as some complex medical conditions
Scope of Work: Patient physicals, heatlh appraisals, labwork, consultations, acute care, managment of chronic conditions, illness visits, evaluations, etc
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA License Required (NP / PA); 1-2 years PA/NP experience in community health setting preferred, but will consider new graduates; BLS, Certification for NP, experience with computer based records systems; See all ages, newborns to elders is preferred, bilingual - Spanish speaking is required as well as previous experience working in an FQHC setting.
EMR: EPIC
Pay Rate Preferred: $85-100/hr
