• Employed Orthopedic Surgery Join Busy, Well Established Group (Est. 1982)
• $700K Income year one
• Call Compensation up to $83K per year and 6 Figure Recruiting Incentives
• Your NEW Team : 4 ORS, 2 Podiatrist, 5 PA s
• Why Is There a Need?- Replacing two retiring physicians (One in 2021)
• Critical Access Hospital / 11K Annual ER visits / 6 Bed ICU / 115 Annual Deliveries
• Cliinc Sees 1,500 cases per year / 5 Operating Rooms / CRNAs for anesthesia
• Block time-Each Ortho has 1+ day per week
• Top Cases-Arthorscopy-Shoulder, Knee-Arthroplasty-Total Knee / Total Hip, Carpal tunnel release
• 5 Satellite Clinics - Each location is covered by two orthopedic surgeons
• CALL : 1 : 4 2 PA s Take First Call 1 week day and one weekend a month No Nuisance Calls
• 3 Exam Rooms per ORS Cast Room with3 Beds 2 Rad Techs
• 6 weeks (240 hours) annually of paid time off-Vacation, Personal, Sick, Holidays, CME
• Reimbursement of state license fees / renewals and DEA
