Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am - 5 pm, with flexibility for a 4- or 5-day work week to accommodate work-life balance. Light Call Schedule : Enjoy a considerably light call schedule of 1 : 4, promoting a healthy work-life integration. Patient Load : See an average of 25 plus patients in a half-day in the outpatient setting. Surgical Excellence : Perform 5-15 surgeries on average per week, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Dynamic Team : Collaborate with a dedicated team, including 3 ENT physicians, 1 Physician Assistant, and skilled support staff, fostering a collaborative and enriching work environment.
