Description

Westaff is seeking Machine Attendants for our client in Merrimack NH!

Shifts :

1st 6 : 55am-3 : 15pm

2nd 2 : 55pm-11 : 15pm

3rd 10 : 55pm-7 : 15am

Summary :

To monitor one and / or multiple workstation(s) at the machine(s) to ensure that the packaging and

inspection of the parts produced are in accordance with our safety procedures and the customer’s

standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Handling of product produced from a machine

o This could include trimming or clipping product

o Packaging, weighing, and labeling product

  • Inspection of all product produced at the machine

    • o At times measuring parts with gauge pins to ensure that they are acceptable to the customer’s

    print

  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized workstation
  • Communicating any quality issues to the Shift Supervisor
  • Communicating and training the Machine Attendants on the next shift

    • Experience : Entry level position

    Qualifications :

  • Must be able to read and understand all the documentation required to perform assigned tasks (Work

    • Order and the Operator Responsibility Sheet)

  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Should be able to speak, understand and read English
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude and show initiative
  • Entry level measuring
