SERVPRO of Ogden is a full service Disaster Clean-up and Restoration company seeking a hard working individual to help a growing team produce Water, Fire, and Commercial damage projects.

Responsibilities

The Production Manager oversees all aspects of assigned water, fire and mold projects and assigned production crews. Responsibilities center around customer satisfaction, profit margins, employee development and leads their team to operational excellence. The Production Manager will provide priority response, develop scope of work, create and review Xactimate estimates, negotiate approvals with customers and adjusters, schedule resources, and coordinate overall production services with crews and subcontractors. Training and development program available, including industry certifications.

Qualifications

Applicant must have a great attitude, clean appearance, possess a strong work ethic, enjoy learning and developing new skills, be comfortable in a fast paced environment, and enjoy providing excellent service. MUST have a valid driver's license, ability to complete a background check and drug test, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Experience in cleaning / restoration preferred. General construction background and IICRC certifications are also preferred.
