Responsibilities :

• Execution and coordination of freight forwarding orders in international sea transport;
• Ensuring the appropriate selection of subcontractors, negotiating rates and terms of cooperation with service providers (road and intermodal carriers, shipping lines, customs agencies, etc.);
• Developing relationships with clients;
• Ensuring the quality of provided services;
• Building relationships with newly acquired clients;
• Preparing price offers for quotations / tenders together with the sales specialist and TL manager, developing alternative solutions, and ensuring their compliance with customer requirements;
• Preparing freight forwarding documentation as well as documentation for export and import customs clearance;
• Daily cooperation with the company's operational departments, Astra's international offices, and other AsstrA’s divisions;
• Monitoring the implementation of KPIs.
