Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a job in Colorado Springs CO.

Responsibilities :

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength balance and functional ability.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.

Document assessments progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

Adhere to professional regulatory and facility standards.

Requirements :

Active Physical Therapist license in Colorado.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Strong evaluation and therapeutic skills.

Ability to manage an independent caseload.

Excellent communication and patient education skills.
