Parts Counter Sales Associate

In order to be eligible for employment with Ricart, you must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to pass an initial drug and background screening.
About the role : The Parts Counter Sales Associate will assist customers in finding and purchasing the right parts, process orders, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service, all while promoting sales and specials. Will be expected to provide accurate information when addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
Order Processing
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in filling requestsEnsure pricing, payment and delivery information is correctInventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor stockReport any discrepancies or damage to inventory to the supervisorSales and Promotion
Highlight parts sales and specials. Upsell related productsAnswer telephone calls, provide accurate information and take customer ordersAssist service and customers to ensure ordered parts are delivered on timeProcess returns and exchanges, ensuring proper handling of parts and creditsKeep record of all returned partsCustomer Service
Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely mannerWelcome customers and determine their needs whether in person or over the telephoneAssist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicle, using catalogs, computer systems, and knowledge of the automotive industryCommunicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team membersThe duties and responsibilities defined above are not an all inclusive list, but a general summary of typical duties. Requirements
