As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a highly visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with visitors and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols.

Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as necessary.

Remain attentive to changing conditions within the location that may impact security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
